For that, we are building no-code tools AI tools, and apps, hands-on workshops, and comprehensive online courses.We are proud to say we've already upskilled 900+ users and trained 100+ organizations in leveraging ChatGPT, Claude and plethora AI tools.We mostly work with innovation ecosystem, from universtities, technology parks, RTOs, startups and entrepreneurs, for whom we provide tailored mentorship, training.Finally, we often take part in educational projects and EU funded initiatives (e.g. Erasmus Plus). We are engaged as experts in AI, curriculum development, trainers and dissemination partners. We also take active role in proposal development.

Meet the Team

✅MAJA NOVAK, the CEO, is leading WE4YOU.
She is a training expert and mentor with a 15-years of experience, specialized in social media, dissemination strategies, and AI powered productivity. Maja acts as a project manager, currently running MAXP project, where We4YOU is a partner. In the past, she was reponsible for other Erasmus plus initiatives (Social Innovation Academy, JuniorMBA).✅KRISTJAN ZEMLJIČ, Co-Founder.
He a business strategist, AI-prompt engineer, app developer and mentor to deep-tech teams. He advised to 200+ organizations, and secured grants in value of €45+ millions. He is known as rare AI educator for grant writing, as he holds 3 international project management certificates in EU project management, and has coordinated several Erasmus plus projects. Currently he takes part in Innovators-AI-LaunchPad project.
